    Version 5.5.0. Mac version requires macOS 11 or later versions. Windows version requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64 bits only - Intel or ARM). Linux version requires Ubuntu 22.04 or Linux Mint Cinnamon 21 (Intel 64 bits only).


Easy to try, easy to buy

EasyGantt 5 is very affordable as we want customers of previous versions to enjoy it. Monthly or yearly subscriptions are available.

After downloading the app, just create an account. The default TRIAL plan is not limited in time. You can purchase a subscription directly from the app, and you can cancel at any time. If you prefer to use the web version, just visit easygantt.io

Manage unlimited projects

Setup your business account with a very simple signup process, and create a project for your company, and your team. The TRIAL plan is limited in features (you will still be able to play with the most essential ones.)

Simplicity at the core

We only focus on the most used features of project management. EasyGantt is intuitive and fun to use. You can upgrade from the TRIAL plan to the BASIC or the PRO plan at any time.

Gantt view or Kanban board

The Gantt view is a visual way to track the progress of a project. You can also manage tasks and milestones on a very friendly Kanban Board with full drag and drop support.

Work with your staff

You can assign tasks to your staff members, and they will be automatically notified. You can invite them to collaborate using the same app, assign a specific project at any time.

Manage costs

For each project, you can assign a budget. You can also track the outcome by assigning a hourly rate to all members of your staff.

Track everything

The primary dashboard is a way to keep an eye on the most improtant (you can customize the view). The advanced dashboard is a way to track events for all sections of the app.

Share Data

With a desktop app available on all platforms, you can easily share data between computers and teammates, even files (each plan have limitations).

Client Access

You can invite customers to collaborate on projects. You can send them a dedicated signup URL. Once connected, they can track the progress of a project. You can customize what they can do or view.

Manage invoices PRO PLAN ONLY

Easily create estimates, and generate invoices once they are accepted by a customer. You can customize invoices with your own logo.

Get paid directly PRO PLAN ONLY

Manage payment gateways (Paypal, Stripe and more), and get paid directly by your customers (we are not taking any commission)

We can also setup a dedicated server

We work with MacWeb.com for hosting EasyGantt on powerful Mac servers. By default, each company instance is installed on servers shared with other EasyGantt users (they cannot see or access your data). As an option, we can also setup a dedicated Mac server with your own domain for the best security, performance and privacy.
